Even when Hal's making an honest effort, that's not working out. What is working out, is Stel! I had no intention of coughing up full price for Green Lantern/DCUC series 2, but a combination of mark-downs, some eBay'd parts, and great reviews at It's All True and OAFE.net sold me on the big GL robot.
I keep losing it in the tidal waves of DC Relaunch stuff, but Robotman will return in My Greatest Adventure #1 (per iFanboy) but with a different design, which makes me wonder if that's Cliff Steele...I guess we'll see.
Cute Goo,real cute. I guess Cliff really would have a problem with another robotic team mate. That makes sense.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I dig Stel, I don't have the cash flow to buy all the figures to make him; and that's even if I could find them all. I found Catman, and that's my find of the year!
As for for the new Robotman in the new Greatest Adventure, I think it's the GA Robotman. At least I hope so, because re-doing Cliff again w/o his DP teammates is just plain mean on DC's part.
As always, looking forward to further Doom posts.
