There's the temptation to "belt" out "Joker Face."

From DC's new 52, the reveal of the new look for the Joker:

The Joker had his face removed by a villain called the Dollmaker, and appears to be holding it on his skull with a belt.

From the Simpsons episode, "The Bob Next Door" (Original airdate May 16, 2010) where Sideshow Bob trades faces with his cellmate, to escape prison and try and kill Bart again:

    I'd like to think that it's an homage to the Simpsons because, you know, he's the Joker and the Simpsons is funny and all that.
