From American Flagg! #50, "The Best Man, sort of" Created and written by Howard Chaykin, art by Mike Vosburg, letters by Ken Bruzenak. This was the last issue before a brief relaunch, and felt a lot like Chaykin wrapping up some plotlines and doing a bit of a reset.

Mind you, I don't see what Reuben's complaining about there: he's better off with "stoned, drunk, or stupid" voters than fundamentalists...
