"Paranoid."
So, if the Age of Apocalypse didn't have the Fantastic Four (with powers, anyway) did a lot of things from the first 50 or so issues of their book just not show up there? Presumably Namor once again died a bum in the bowery, but would the Skrulls have turned up? Or was Apocalypse more a deterrent than we'd maybe care to admit?

They have a ROM?! Ok, I’m in on this- any universe where ROM exists is a good one.
Still, Jean looks like something Dazzler would reject as gaudy. Had to say it.
They have a ROM huh? Nice. I’d love to see how Apocalypse didn’t utterly kill him & any of his fellow space knights that stopped by while hunting Dire Wraiths. Wait, so there’d have to Dire Wraiths there right? Brood?
Good question. As i remember from the original AoA timeline, Apocalypse killed Namor, so there’s that. Not sure if the Skrulls, Impossible Man, or any other alien race would see Earth was too messed up to visit.
I thought any world minus the FF gets devoured by Galactus. Obviously that didn't happen here, which I can only figure means the Earth was already in such a lousy state the Silver Surfer decided it wouldn't make a good meal and kept soaring the spaceways on to another solar system.
Anyway, ROM, whooo! I think ROM's Neutralizer can at least temporarily cancel out superhuman abilities; so it may be Apocalypse wasn't willing to risk throwing down with him. Only takes one blast and he's extremely vulnerable, at least for a little while.
Now I’m REALLY curious as to how a potential ROM visit to AoA Earth would look like. If he doesn’t kill him outright, Apocalypse would at least try to utilize & incorporate his armor & tech for his own evil purposes.
What If #82 (Vol.2) is all about Galactus coming to eat the AoA Earth if you’re interested.
