In my stupid continuity, Deadpool has been wearing a symbiote, that he calls 'Venom' but that might not be the original one, but we haven't seen him since late 2023. It might be the longest and most successful relationship Pool's ever had!
And, back in the old Black Cat strips, we established Felicia does "security consulting" for the Fantastic Four, and knew how to use the time machine, as she did on an errand for the Thing. This figure came with the Wand of Watoomb she's holding, which I think is a mission objective in the game; but we had her with one back in 2019!

The more I see of this newer Black Cat figure, the more I’m liking. Hasbro did good with this one.
That line about the Microverse is unfortunately pretty spot on. On one hand it IS just sitting around, waiting to be played with again, but on the other, certain modern writers have a tendency to REALLY beat up on the toys they’re playing with before putting em back in the box, so maybe being left alone isn’t so bad after all. I bet a Hickman, Ewing or McKay could really do something meaningful with it.
Speaking of ‘Pool any plans to have him make an appearance for more than one strip this year? I can’t be the only person who misses him seeing on a regular basis. Not that I’m not currently enjoying the current cast setup, but it’d be nice to check in on the happy couple more often.
So, time shenanigans then? LFG!!!!!
Wasn’t there a ball pit the first or second time when the bar was that restaurant that kept changing everything other than the MJ waitress? Which reminds me, was there ever a resolution to that or did Sat just take the bar and that’s the end of it?
I personally would have loved a strip where Cat’s hair fell off. It’s a wig anyway (pretty sure it is) so she could have swapped in almost any style. The newer figure’s nice but like I said last time, it looks very different.
Sat pretty much did just take over, and She-Hulk may have helped her with just enough legal stuff that the bar is...some sort of establishment. I'm not entirely sure it turns any sort of profit, and I feel like it's in a downstairs-y, basement kind of area like Cheers was, but then what, if anything, is the rest of the building? And if there are other tenants, do they not mind the noise? Especially with what is coming...
Even weirder, I feel like someone did used to own the bar, and we might see them soon!
Oooooohhhhhh, color me intrigued by that one!!!!
I feel like most of those questions could be answered with ‘Sat magic-ed things up’. It’s basically a way for Sat to avoid open carry laws anyway so I’m just going to call it a home bar and leave it at that for now.
Though I will admit finally solving that mystery is tantalizing. I think mob front was the prevailing guess but Sat’s had the bar so long that I forget what I thought it was at the time.
Hmmm. Past mob front does make a lot of sense
