Kitbashing.
Even though it's allegedly available, I haven't seen the Captain America: The Winter Soldier Black Widow figure yet. It's one per case right now, but it might be packed more in latter batches. So, I had the Mandroid arms from the AIM and Hydra soldiers, and the head from the Cap figure...and some of the Iron Monger pieces from the last Iron Man series! Namely, two heads and a leg.
But, my local Toys R Us has had a good pile of stuff on clearance, and I got the Iron Patriot and Classic Iron Man for just a hair over $21 total. And the Mandroid arms fit in the Iron Monger torso! Looking at the diagram with the intended arms, at first glance it looks like the added weapons (a pair of gatling guns and a rather impractical looking double-blade thing) are the only difference. Besides color, that is: the Iron Monger was a metallic blue, while the Mandroid was a dull gunmetal gray. However, either version of the arm has a large cable attached--two on the Monger arms, one big cable on the Mandroid's! Between the big shoulder pads and the cables, the range of motion there is a bit limited.
If color-coordination is important to you, this isn't going to be your cup of tea. But if you're just glad to have a little bonus, why not?

I have just the head and an arm myself for that Mandroid figure, and only a Head for Iron Monger.
I think Red Skull has the other arm right?
Funny pic.
