The question isn't, "Should the Punisher have a War Machine suit," the question is, "Why hasn't Frank stolen more weapons of intermediate-to-mass destruction?" The man's not restrained. I don't recall who had a story where he had the Ultimate Nullifier, but Frank would absolutely use it on a crackhouse or something.
That Frank head does not sit real well on that War Machine, unfortunately.

Damn right he would! Haha. I know during Fraction's run, he seemed to have a whole makeshift, piecemeal arsenal of leftover bad guy/good guy tech he could use at anytime.
Why future writers never continue with that Idk.
