We've also hopefully established, Magneto does not seem to care for Rom; and we'll see why later: it's an in-continuity answer, or at least related to continuity?

"Face."
We're extrapolating a bit, from something I remember from the Earth X/Universe X/Paradise X books: despite there being an infinity of alternate universes, there was maybe only one Hell, and Mephisto was maybe behind the proliferation of alternate universes, in the hopes of finding one where he escaped judgement. The idea of Rom's Limbo being the same across the multiverse was horrifying: imagine every Dire Wraith across the multiverse, dumped into the same hole. Is that a little much; do even the Wraiths deserve that? Forever, with no chance of escape or release? Having spent hundreds of years fighting them, Rom might say they have it coming. (I need to do that re-read, since Rom does make an appearance in those books; Cap gets the neutralizer from him!)

I’m kinda curious why the hate towards ROM myself actually. The reasoning should be good.
Although I do have to say Erik may have a point about the Neutralizer beam not being as harmless it’s made out to be. Like the more used & scans on a person, the more the potential risks?
Yeah, I liked the take that Mephisto was actively making alternate universes just to delay the inevitable. That definitely sounds like something the devil from the Bible would do if he could do that.
Do they deserve it? Hell yes (pun intended)! In the words of Samuel L. Jackson, they deserved to die and I hope they burn in hell. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about Dire Wraths.
I feel like it’s fairly obvious (to me, at least) why Magneto would hate ROM- metal men and metal-controlling men just don’t mix, especially if it’s space metal. I’m sure he hates Ultron and Machine Man too.
Isn’t Sat from hell, though? If there’s only one hell, she’d be able to get to other universes and meet other ROMs whenever she visits. Maybe she’s only got access to one doorway because of her connections to that particular universe though, and that why she didn’t just do that to get back.
That could very much be the case, plus ROM, even the ROM of this particular universe, doesn’t seem like the most friendly or talkative sort, further adding to the friction.
That does open up a good question; can/could Sat simply use hell as a connecting flight back home via limbo or any other similar route?
So far, despite having seen her send multiple people physically to Hell (and being told to quit that!) Sat has avoided Hell like she owes them money. That could be because Hell generally is unpleasant and sucks, or like a lot of people, she doesn't like revisiting the old hometown.
Definitely feels like a case of both of those really. I guess using Hell as an escape route home would be qualify as an EXTREMELY last ditch resort.
I figured it was because she keeps sending stuff to Hell, and you’re not exactly engendering goodwill clogging the place up. Wasn’t there an issue of Teen Titans Go! (the first series) where Raven kept doing that to Trigon, and it kept showing him being frustrated by it? Might have been one of the TV shorts or even an early episode of the show (I gave up on that one after a season or two) though.
Maybe Magneto's put together that Rom's Neutralizer could neutralize mutant abilities. Or he's wary of genocide (he's only got Rom's word the Wraiths aren't being killed.) Or he's a Wraith himself trying (unsuccessfully it looks like) to turn the X-Men against Rom, so they kill him for the Wraiths.
Hmmm, good point
That last one sounds right on the money.
