OHOTMU entry correctly, he was a spoiled brat failson who murdered his parents when they cut him off, then got into progressively more elaborate hits. (Marvel probably dropped a ball not capitalizing on him when escape rooms were bigger!) OK, the entry doesn't use the expression 'failson' but you get the point; although my question was, does Arcade have skills? Other than killer level design? Maybe we'll see later.
Also, some time back we saw the old, Amanda Sefton
Magik mini-series, and the various Hells of the Marvel Universe were maybe consolidating after centuries separated. "Better to rule in Hell," Milton said, and there's probably no shortage of ambition down there.

Arcade is essentially the Marvel Comics version of Jigsaw from the SAW franchise, except I bet you Jigsaw’s the superior engineer-inventor if I had to guess. Didn’t Arcade have powers or at the very least, the illusion of powers while he killed those kids on Murderworld? I can’t remember.
I think Arcade’s got genius level intelligence but then again, that’s not as impressive when about 500 other named characters do too.
So, the bar was Arcade’s then, it seems? That kinda makes sense, considering how often it changed things up. I feel like he might have but if he never franchised Murderworlds, he was leaving money on the table.
If anything, Sat’s downplaying how likely ruling all of Hell would be. You probably couldn’t go more than two minutes before a dispute or attempted coup broke out.

Good catch on those tv screen images. Where’d you get em Goo? Had to have printed them off the internet because there’s NO way you’d cut up those Toyfare back issues.
You’d think Arcade would ABSOLUTELY sell Murderworld franchises off to the highest bidder, but then he might not be for possible dilution of the brand or the increased visibility & chances of superheroes finding out about it
