I also can't recall the last comic I saw Arcade in--Murderworld from 2023 was maybe intended to make him a big wheel again, but not sure if it took..

"Travel."
Although Sat is able to travel back and forth from Hell--or some hell--I'm not sure how common that is. I think I remember an issue of Spider-Man/Deadpool were Pool would, in the moments he was killed before reviving, see Shiklah in the netherworld, where she either couldn't or wouldn't come out. Or, maybe Sat sending her there blocked her from transporting back. Or, maybe I make these up on the fly...

Maybe I’m a bit slow on the uptake lately, but how is it that the TVA has direct authority of who does or doesn’t go to hell, or any such realm? I thought time was the only thing they had control or duh, authority over, not different dimensions. Sounds like a massive overstep & overreach in authority/attempted control. You could definitely get a big epic fight event out of that one; timecops vs realm cops.
Arcade definitely deserves to be in hell but Shiklah?
I remember that storyline- she was recruiting villains or something and kidnapped Kurt. Yeah, she probably should have been there and it sounds like she liked it. Don’t remember when Sat sent Arcade though- might’ve been before I got here.
I don’t think it’s about sending them to Hell so much as removing them from this plane of existence. It’s one of those conservation of mass things- can’t create or destroy it. He’d probably have been fine if Sat just brought two randos of the same size and shape up.
There's probably some overreach involved, but technically whenever Sat dumps somebody in hell, she's speeding up the heat death of the universe. (By a ridiculously infinitesimal amount, although if she kept at it for hundreds of years...it would still add up to about nothing.) Hmm, same rule may apply if she just dumps whatever, like banana peels, empty bottles, fast food wrappers, toxic waste...I guarantee you, Sat does not sort her recycling.
Meh. Feels both tedious & honestly like a huge waste of time & resources just save a few seconds of universal life. In comparison, actual recycling, while a somewhat seemingly equally less than ideal use of time & energy despite the noble intentions (The process of recycling, particularly plastics, is way more expensive and less efficient than we’re lead to believe) doesn’t do much to stave off the very real effects of global warming.
TL; DR, there’s more important things they could be doing than picking on people like Sat.
Well yeah but like the Mobius said, his bosses are real sticklers. If they were regular cops they’d probably go after every speeder, litterer, and jaywalker. It’s not as if they don’t have the time to waste.
