"Specifically."
We've mentioned crystals multiple times the last couple months, building up to this! I've had Crystar for some time now, and am looking forward to seeing how he turns out here. As is often the case, it'll probably be 70% established continuity, 30% head-canon nonsense?
I don't know all the words to "Wonderwall," but I might be able to cover this one!

Wow, Kurt’s taste in music sucks. Not to stereotype too much, but I thought he’d be up on what’s good and/or more recent.
Has there been music for you in the background this whole time? Because I never really heard anything when I’m reading, even when I noticed Darkhawk in the background. For that matter, I still don’t get why Darkhawk got such a big send off- are you a fan or something?
I don’t know much about Crystar, so I don’t know how this will go- hopefully not like the couple of other takes I’ve seen though.
Never expected Kurt to bust out an old minstrel tune like that, but Sting’s (the musician) recently returned to ye old genre & it’s worked out fine for him so far.
Love me some Oasis & Britpop, even if I’ve become not too fond of “Wonderwall” (the song not the George Harrison album of the same name)
I mean considering Kurt’s European ethnicity, stereotypically he should be into techno club & dubstep right?
I have a feeling I’ll definitely love what you’ll do with Crystar, as the story potential is limitless. He’s definitely going to be playing 80’s records nonstop and I love him for it.
Not a big Oasis fan?
It occurs to me I have no idea whether Kurt has any musical talent or not. I know I've seen comics where Logan is drunkenly singing, and is apparently badly off-key, but not Nightcrawler. Although i assume he'd be singing deliberately badly here to playfully annoy Satana.
I would guess that's safe to assume as well. Then again, he is a smooth operator, so who knows ;)
Oasis is cool, but ‘anyway, here’s Wonderwall’ is a reference to something. Or maybe one of those ‘beam me up Scotty’ things, because nobody seems to know where it’s from.
German Industrial, specifically, but I meant more that Kurt always seems to me to be up on the current trends. He’s still ‘with it’, no matter how old he gets. Although, saying ‘with it’ probably shows how out of touch I am.
